RESCheck is an energy compliance report required by most states for new residential construction and major renovations. It demonstrates that the building envelope meets the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) or applicable state energy code. Many building departments require it alongside the Manual J for permit approval.

COMCheck is the commercial equivalent of RESCheck, an energy compliance report required for commercial buildings and alterations. It confirms that the project meets the IECC or applicable state commercial energy code requirements.
